Tickets and bookings

All ticket sales are subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received in full and you receive a confirmation email. Please check your confirmation carefully and let us know straight away if any details are wrong. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Booking fees, if any, will be shown before you complete payment.

Refunds, exchanges, and cancellations

Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except where required by law or where we cancel or reschedule an event. If we cancel an event, you'll be offered a full refund of the ticket price. If we reschedule, your ticket will remain valid for the new date, or you can request a refund. Booking fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by us. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to tickets for dated events.

At the event

Please arrive in good time. Doors, start times, and age restrictions are listed on the event page. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or in breach of venue policy, without refund. Photography and filming may take place at our events for promotional use. By attending, you consent to appearing in this material. If you'd rather not, please let a member of staff know on arrival.
